As an English Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for responding to emails and chat inquiries from fashion industry business partners.
Responsibilities:

Responding to e-mails and chat inquiries from fashion industry business partners.

Supporting business partners in English.
Requirements:

English language proficiency at the C1 level and polish language at least C1 level.

Availability of a minimum of 140 hours per month, with the possibility of increasing up to 160 hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Availability to attend a 4-week onboarding training (1 day in person, remaining days remotely.

Fully remote work, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Analytical skills and stress resistance.

Readiness to start training on April 1st, 2025.
