Your tasks
- Handles customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, and other related policies and procedures
- Handles customers from multiple countries (depending on language skills) - with fluency in the local customer language - contact via defined channels
- Works proactively with Key Accounts to build customer intimacy, identify improvement initiatives, and maximize overall service performance.
- Review purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with company terms and conditions
- Conducts service process analysis and drives cycle time and OTIF improvements
- Work closely with internal teams from Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Complaint Handling, and other support functions to proactively manage customer requirements
- Liaise with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities
- Preparation of reports, analyses, summaries, and qualitative indicators
- Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
What we expect
- Proven experience of 3 years onward in the customer-facing roles
- Good knowledge of German , speaking and writing (B2 level onward)
- Good knowledge of English , speaking and writing (B2 level onward)
- Proven experience with SAP/Salesforce is desirable, but not a must-have
- Availability to join a company in April or May 2025
