Junior Customer Service Consultant in German
Office location: ul. Chorzowska 146 D, Katowice
Tasks:
· Supporting German-speaking business customers in solving problems related to the placement of their products on a well-known shopping platform (e.g. account issues, registration, login, payment methods, delivery, storage, etc.).
· Handling inquiries through various communication channels: incoming calls, emails and chats.
· Building a positive corporate image.
· Ensuring the highest process quality.
Our requirements:
· Excellent German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
· Very good knowledge of English to at least B2 level.
· Excellent computer skills.
· Availability for at least 120 hours per month within the project working hours (Monday to Sunday, 6:00-22:00).
· Strong communication skills: empathy, assertiveness, active listening, commitment to solving customer issues, and clear expression.
