- Experience in Service Now or an equivalent ticketing system and in SAP.

Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- Supporting and providing responses and solutions to dealers, suppliers, factories and other stakeholders.
- Recording requests in SAP for parts return from factories and suppliers.
- Resolving cases in Service Now and helping dealers with technical issues.
- Contacting shipping companies and supporting dealers to handle shipments.
- Investigating and analyzing common solutions to problems with team members to maintain required service levels.
- Maintaining good relations to provide the proper policy execution and adequate resolution.
