Employer requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing products with communication directed to healthcare profesionals,
- Experience in creating and implementing strategies for RX and OTX products,
- Experience in launching new brands/products to the market and creating effective communication to doctors,
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data from various sources (P&L, sales panels, quantitative and qualitative consumer research, etc.),
- Professional market knowledge from many therapeutic areas with particular particularly on cardiology and diabetology (including knowledge of KOL's),
- Experience in running business projects,
- Focus on cooperation, solving problems, searching for solutions, openness and proactivity,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Higher education.
Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy consistent with the company's strategy.
- Development of short- and mid-term strategies and sales plans for the RX portfolio (current and planned)
- Creation and management of the budget plan for MSN Poland products (P&L),
- Building multi-channel communication to HCPs,
- Preparation of promo campaigns and promotional materials,
- Direct cooperation with the medical promotion team,
- Conducting training and presentations to sales teams,
- Close collaboration with KOLs,
- Current market analysis based on available internal and external data,
- Supporting the extension of a product portfolio, development strategy and introducing new products to the market.
