Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring our games are properly positioned and promoted on their platforms.
  • Monitor internal project timelines and keep clients informed about game releases and updates.
  • Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and address performance challenges.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve client and partner issues effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client communication.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Provide clients with updates on marketing tools and promotional opportunities, such as Freebets and Rain promotions.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage effectively.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events.
