Requirements:
- Expertise in Assembler (HLASM) programming and mainframe systems (IBM z/OS, MVS, CICS, DB2)
- Experience with performance tools (IBM Debug Tool, Abend-AID, OMEGAMON)
- Strong knowledge of memory management and system programming
- Experience integrating Assembler with COBOL, PL/I, or Java
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Assembler development, with at least 3 years in mainframe systems
- IBM Certified System Programmer and z/OS Mastery Certifications are a plus
- Very good command of English and Polish

Responsibilities:
- Design, write, test, and optimize Assembler code for mainframe systems.
- Maintain and enhance legacy Assembler applications to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate Assembler components with COBOL/Java applications.
- Optimize system performance using tools like IBM RMF and OMEGAMON.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues using advanced debugging tools.
- Mentor junior developers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Contribute to system modernization strategies and decisions.
