Opis:

We are Kinki Ramen – one of the top authentic Japanese restaurants in Kraków and a renowned ramen noodle producer, supplying our noodles to over a dozen restaurants across Poland. We are currently looking for a noodle production cook – if you value quality, organization, and want to grow in the world of Japanese culinary craftsmanship, join our team!

What will your job involve?
As a member of our team, you’ll be working in our small, artisan production facility, where we make 5 different types of alkaline ramen noodles based on authentic Japanese recipes. Your responsibilities will include:

- producing ramen noodles according to well-established recipes and processes,
- maintaining cleanliness and order at your workstation,
- conducting inventory of ingredients and semi-finished products,
- filling out documentation and production logs in Excel,
- collaborating with the team to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

What are we looking for?
We highly value good organization, precision, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who:

- is well-organized and works efficiently and ergonomically,
- knows the basics of Excel and can maintain simple spreadsheets,
- is diligent, responsible, and thorough in their work,
- is eager to learn about ramen noodle production – no prior experience required, just motivation and willingness to learn.

Work in a shift system – morning or afternoon shifts,

Salary: 26–32 PLN net/hour depending on experience,

Freelance (umowa zlecenie) or B2B contract,
