We are looking for a Personal Assistant reporting to the Interim General Manager and will be responsible for all administrative support to General Manager.

This is a part time temporary job (4 h per day, till the end of October 2025)
Your main responsibilities in this role:

Support to General Manager in daily business operations, providing administrative and operational support
-
General Manager’s diary management – prioritization of meetings, tasks, etc.

General Manager’s mailbox management – prioritization of incoming e-mails, contacting Management Board members in accordance with Manager’s needs / his diary’s availability

Management of GM’s business trips, travel expenses

Close cooperation with all organization to ensure smooth daily business, processing of related supporting activities,

PowerPoint presentations’ preparation

Any ad-hoc tasks according to GM’s needs
Our requirements:

Polish and English – fluent written and spoken

At least 2 years experience on the similar job position

Energetic and positive attitude

Effective communication, proactive approach

Good organizational skills - ability to plan and work effectively under stress and time pressure

Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point - daily user

High stress resistance

Ability to prioritize tasks daily

Ability to easily solve problems and present quick and reasonable ad hoc solutions

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

High level of reliability with a very strong sense of urgency
