About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and communicative ERP System Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support to ERP system users – primarily clients based in the United States. This position requires excellent English skills and flexibility to work in a two-shift system to accommodate different time zones.
Your Responsibilities

Providing support to ERP system users in their daily tasks.

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the system.

Analyzing customer support requests and proposing effective solutions.

Collaborating with developers and consultants to improve the system.

Analyzing system logs and reporting service issues.
Our Requirements

Experience working with ERP systems or in a technical support department.

Understanding of business processes in areas such as production, logistics, or finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to technical issues.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

English proficiency at a level that enables communication with clients (minimum B2).

Basic knowledge of MS SQL.

Ability to work in a two-shift schedule (including afternoon/evening hours).
