Your tasks

  • telephone and e-mail contact with business customers
  • registration of orders, coordination and planning of deliveries
  • monitoring and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
  • handling complaints
  • supporting the business customer: suggesting alternatives and providing advice
  • ensuring that deliveries are made on time and seeking solutions to any delays or failures
  • participating in process improvements and automations

What we expect

  • previous experience in Customer Service / Order Management will be a plus
  • advanced knowledge of Polish and Finnish or Danish
  • communicative knowledge English (min. B2)
  • proactive attitude with ability to quickly adapt to new situations
  • problem solving mindset
  • willingness to work with customers and building long-term relations
  • customer focus and effective communication skills
  • holistic approach (understanding end-to-end customer service process)
