Opis:
As a Business Developer your primary role will be to identify business transfer opportunities and support entrepreneurs throughout the sales process.
Commercial prospecting – Identify and contact business owners looking to sell their company.
Negotiation and contract signing – Convince entrepreneurs to sign a sales mandate
Networking and transaction follow-up – Ensure the transmission of files to consultants handling the sales process and facilitate exchanges with potential buyers.
Collaboration with internal teams – Work closely with other consultants and support teams to streamline the business transfer process.
Our requirements
Minimum Bachelors plus 4 degree in sales commerce finance or business management.
Proven experience in prospecting and business development ideally in B2B services sales or financial services.
Strong ability to convince executives and negotiate at a high level.
Good understanding of business sales challenges and the mergers and acquisitions market.
High level of autonomy and a performance driven mindset.

Attractive commissions
5 percent for each signed sales mandate if another consultant sells it
5 percent on the actual sale of a mandate whether signed by you or another consultant
