CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST WITH FOREIGN LANGUAGES
We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST with French
Knowledge of at least 2 languages is required ( English and French)
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders
• Communicate with suppliers to provide order updates
• Continuously stay updated on the latest processes and tools by following the regular training provided Job
Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of English allowing for easy communication
• Conversational proficiency in French. Knowledge of additional languages will be beneficial.
• Literate in computer knowledge
• Problem-solving abilities combined with a keen attention to detail.
• Readiness for shift work
