Technical support Specialist with Ukrainian, Russian, and English languages
Work in our office in Warsaw

Your responsibilities:

Answering customer requests or inquiries in Ukrainian and Russian languages,

Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving problems related to the financial area,

Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs,

Delivering first-class customer experience,
-
Creating a positive impression of the support team.
Our requirements:

Excellent Ukrainian and Russian written and spoken language skills (C1/C2/Native)-both mandatory,
-
Good command of English (B2),
-
Availability to work full-time,
-
Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.
