Your tasks
-
Analyze existing processes and design scalable solutions in response to client or operational needs
-
Prepare business requirements, testing plans, and support or execute testing
-
Closely cooperate with internal stakeholders, Product and Technology teams, and clients

Identify and mitigate implementation and project risks
-
Challenge the status quo, propose improvements, and support innovation

Conduct root cause analysis of recurring operational issues
-
Contribute to onboarding or change management of internal or client-driven projects
-
Occasionally step into a project management role when needed
What we expect
-
2–5 years of experience as a Project Analyst / Business Analyst in Change, Operations, or Corporate Actions (mid-level)

5+ years of experience in similar roles and readiness to take ownership of complex projects (senior-level)

Experience working with asset management clients and different types of investment fund vehicles (e.g. OEICS, segregated accounts) or securities services operations

Thorough understanding of financial markets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proactive and solution-oriented approach

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in international teams
