HR Team, a Temporary Employment Agency based in Krakow, is looking for people eager to work as: Maintenance Technician - Automation (Work location: Belgium)
Work Location: Pelt, Belgium - at the company’s headquarters
We’re recruiting for our international client, a family-owned Belgian company based in Pelt, specializing in external joinery. They manage various production units, focusing on extruding aluminum profiles, anodizing, and powder coating. They produce windows, doors, and complementary products like garage doors, external blinds, and ventilation systems.
Salary:

Hourly rate: €20.76–€21.92 gross/hour

Monthly rate: €3600–€3800 gross/month

Shift bonuses: Early shift €1.16/hour, Late shift €2.18/hour

Meal allowance: €7.40 per working day

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and fixing breakdowns (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
-
Using a computer system to analyze faults and issues
-
Maintaining machinery (conveyors, motors, sensors, etc.)
-
Teaming up to optimize processes
-
Working with top-notch equipment based on a maintenance schedule
What We're Looking For:
-
Knowledge of mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics (at least basic level)
-
Preferably a higher education degree in electromechanics or industrial engineering
-
At least basic knowledge of automation (e.g., Siemens S5, S7, TIA Portal) – required

Ability to use a computer system for diagnosing breakdowns
-
Communicative level of English-required
-
Experience in maintaining production lines
-
Bonus points for candidates from external carpentry or similar industries
