Responsibilities:
Hiring drivers based on the company's specifications.
Collection of documents, signing employment contracts, CRM management.
Communication and onboarding of employees via incoming calls, text messages, emails;.
Supporting drivers in resolving delivery-related issues.
Providing timely and quality feedback to drivers.
