Your tasks
- Responsible for functioning of the Branch and business development
- Building, establishing, and developing a new company branch in Poland
- Ensure agreed processes and guidelines are being followed by
Poland office - Identify new opportunities to streamline existing processes, take an ownership
and make accountable decisions to ensure delivery of excellent service - Demonstrate the ability to use the potential of emerging opportunities
- Develop sales plans and control them, monitor and analyse market data
regarding the segment, consumers, competition activities - Create plans to acquire new customers and increase sales, set sales targets
and track their progress - Oversee the sales budget and analyse performance data
- Manage the sates process from lead to conversion
- Discuss targets, strategies, and progress with President of the Board, CEO and
the broader team - Responsible for a variety of tasks related to employees, including hiring new
team members, training and helping new employees integrate into the
organization - Support employees in professional growth and evaluate employee performance
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Supply Chain profile and bolster collaborative relationships for success.
- Prepare and provide accurate reporting for review with internal customers
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external Customers
- Share weekly commercial and operational office performance review
- Ensure additional charges and deviations from budget are recorded
- Report on sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide cover and support for the wider operations team
- Travel within Poland and Europe will be required on an occasional basis.
What we expect
- Higher education (Logstics, Economy)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a position related to the logistics industry
- English - min. B2/C1
- Experience in building and developing a new branch, especially in the TSL (Transport, Shipping, and Logistics) sector is highly desirable
- Experience in managing customer or supplier relationships
- Experience in team management and/or as a Sales Representative or Account Manager
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented, and process-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
