Currently, for one of our clients – a global technology leader in the renewable energy industry, specifically in the development, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of wind turbines – we are looking for people to fill the hybrid position Contractor Coordinator (f/m) . Opis stanowiska:

  • supporting the Procurement team within Central Europe in sourcing suitable vendors who have the resource at the correct skill levels and in the required numbers to be able to support major components replacements in Central Europe, regular service tasks in Poland and any ad hoc warranty or retrofit tasks in Poland,
  • escalation point for any issues relating to external technicians,
  • supplier evaluation and reviews (regular meetings, KPIs & claims),
  • ensure best possible resource allocation to projects in alignment with the Service Operations Manager, focus on overall business interest, long term people development, risks and cost,
  • maintaining resources assignments of Contractors (D&S, Resource Plan),
  • close collaboration with the projects to identify the correct demand for the individual positions including timely allocation of internal and external staff,
  • identify the qualified persons according to available documentation (CV, Certificates, etc. from the suggested pool from the subcontractor companies and allocate the selected persons to the project in due time,
  • ensure delivery of E2E process for contractors & Contractor readiness: Sourcing of right profile, contracting and PO creation, certification compliance, ensure IT readiness (O365, FSM, Enablon),feedback and development of contractors,
  • development of tools and processes needed to support the optimal resource planning,
  • build and maintain relationships with the approved vendors,
  • outlines requirements for all contractors (what systems they need set up on, training, PPE requirements, hours booking guidelines),
  • ensuring that the Contractors that are brought into the business are of the right competency level and that they have all the required certification to be able to operate on the sites based on their own specific requirements,
  • working with the Commercial Management team and Site Operations to manage performance of sites against their budget for contractor resource and report back into the business,
  • IT Onboarding of external Technicians (O365, FSM user, Enablon, Fluix, Proceedix),
  • invoicing approval process: timesheets, invoice approval in SAP, VIM Maintenance, Contractor Cost Center controlling in collaboration with Finance Organization.

Wymagania:

Education and Experience Requirement:
  • certification or third level diploma in related field: business management, economics, technical,
  • 3 years of working experience within the procurement / logistic environment,
  • strong written and verbal English and Polish communication skills,
  • proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint etc.),
  • a positive, professional approach and the ability to perform tasks with minimal direction and guidance,
  • self-motivation and a willingness to help,
  • customer focused mindset – demonstration of excellent customer service skills that are proactive, convenient and personalized,
  • ability to establish sense of community with employees,
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy,
  • good work organization, with ability to plan, multitask, monitor, follow up and report,
  • ability to work in a team.
