your tasks
- supporting key business customers in solving reported problems
- advising customers on product selection while matching services to customer needs
- constant cooperation with other departments from the operational area
- preparation of reports
- identifying needs and assisting with customer training courses
what we expect
- first experience in the area of corporate customer service
- english language knowledge at the level of C1/C2
- communicativeness and ease in establishing business relations
- openness to work on large amounts of data
- basic knowledge of the technical industry is nice to have
