For our client, an international company in the financial industry, which is opening a new branch in Wrocław, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Loan Back Office Specialist

Your tasks
- Handle loan documentation, ensuring compliance with KNF and local requirements as well as internal credit policies
- Process new loans, renewals, and modifications, ensuring accurate execution and adherence to contractual terms
- Maintain comprehensive loan records, including agreements, amendments, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with KNF regulations, local reporting requirements, and group-wide credit risk policies
- Support regulatory audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries
- Monitor and manage delinquency cases, supporting collections and restructuring efforts
- Conduct credit screenings and assist in the preparation of regulatory credit risk reports
- Monitor loan performance, ensuring adherence to repayment schedules
- Serve as the liaison between loan operations, risk management, and external regulatory bodies
What we expect
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 5-7 years of experience in loan administration, credit risk management, or a similar role within a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of KNF regulations
- Experience in loan documentation, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting (KNF compliance
- Proficiency in financial analysis, credit rating models, and loan portfolio management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
