Your tasks
PTP (Procure to Pay):
- matching invoices received with deliveries
- resolving errors in financial data
- answering questions from other departments and business partners
- supporting month-end closing activities
- participating in internal and external audits
OTC (Order to Cash):
- working closely with team leaders, managers and business partners
- resolving errors in financial data
- answering questions from other departments and business partners
- analysing processes and proposing improvements
- actively participating in projects and implementing new initiatives
RTR (Record to Report):
- preparing and posting journal entries for IFRS-specific areas of accounting (e.g. intercompany accounts, treasury, fixed assets, pensions, inventories)
- reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- analysis of financial statement data and deviations
- responding in an efficient and timely manner to all enquiries from Business Partners regarding your area of responsibility
- leading the standardisation and improvement of accounting processes
- participating in internal and external audits
What we expect
- a minimum of one year's experience in accounting
- knowledge of the SSC environment will be an advantage
- a degree in accounting or completion of accounting courses (nice to have)
- advanced knowledge of Italian or Spanish (min. B2)
- communicative knowledge of English (min. B1)
- ability to work in a team and commitment to expand knowledge
- knowledge of SAP will be a plus
- desire for professional development and openness to international projects
