What we offer

Your tasks
- cooperation with two regional leaders (EMEA, APAC) and one global leader, managing their calendars and some administrative matters,
- supporting team leaders by answering team questions,
- setting a calendar of meetings for leaders, preparing agendas, meeting summaries,
- tracking activities to ensure timely project implementation,
- managing strategic projects by: identifying and managing stakeholders, tracking activities, planning projects, identifying paths
What we expect
- experience in working in an international environment,
- knowledge of English at least at C1 level,
- experience in project management,
- willingness to work in other time zones,
- good organization, independence, critical thinking,
- experience in working for software or SaaS suppliers would be an asset
