Your responsibilities

Collaboration in the "customer help desk team" in the office or on-site at the customer

Providing high quality service to our customer by phone, ticketing system and remote access Implementation and training of industry-specific software packages at customer premises
-
Supporting the customer to the ramp up phase of automation projects
Our requirements
-
Degree in IT or equivalent Professional experience: ideal as an entry level or first experience in the area of customer helpdesk Readiness to work in a one shift work environment
-
Interest in workflows in industrial environments
-
Readiness to travel locally and internationally
-
Basic knowledge of the operating systems LINUX / UNIX or WINDOWS (client / server)
-
Basic knowledge of relational databases
-
Good probing skills and analytical skill would be an added advantage

Good spoken and written communication skills in Polish and English
