We are looking for a Tax & Accounting Specialist (fixed term) to join our team and support tax compliance, financial reporting, and accounting processes at Displate.
We offer an initial 6-month contract, followed by a 1-year contract, with the possibility of further extension. We're hungry for talents like you!
Your responsibilities:

Process, analyze, and post vendor invoices, with a focus on imported services.

Conduct ongoing analysis of Withholding Tax (WHT) documents in the DMS system, working closely with the Tax Lead.

Collaborate with external vendors to ensure WHT compliance.

Partner with internal departments to address WHT compliance matters.

Assist in WHT PIT settlements, including handling client tax inquiries.

Support the preparation of monthly WHT tax advance payments in close coordination with the Tax Lead.

Assist in preparing annual WHT calculations and tax returns (CIT-10Z, IFT-2R) in collaboration with the Tax Lead.

Analyze and post accruals.

Verify internal reports to ensure alignment with accounting system data.

Ensure compliance with company policies and national accounting, tax, and financial regulations.

Perform month-end closing activities.

Monitor accounts to maintain accuracy and up-to-date records.

Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
