Opis:
Currently, for our client, an international manufacturer of household appliances, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Your tasks:

Direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status.

Timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from our retail partners.

Resolving customer complaints and offering alternative solutions.

Providing product advice over the phone and checking delivery possibilities.
What we expect from you:

Proficiency in Greek at B2 level and communicative knowledge of English.

Experience in customer service.

Ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic skills in SAP (nice to have).

Ability to work in a cross-cultural team.

Willingness to develop continuously.
