We are looking for an Operations Analyst for a client in the pharmaceutical industry, operating globally in the areas of HR, data management, and procurement processes. If you have experience in data analysis, HR process management, and working with international teams, this role could be a perfect fit for you!

Zadania
- Supporting managers and administrators in processes related to onboarding, managing, and offboarding complementary workers (CW).
- Ensuring high-quality CW data, including updating and analyzing information.
- Preparing professional reports for senior management, covering CW spending and supply chain data.
- Managing and updating dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
- Analyzing trends and reporting key risk indicators (KRI).
- Performing data normalization, standardization, and enrichment across multiple sources (e.g., SAP, reporting tools).
- Participating in strategic projects (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures) from a data perspective.
- Continuously improving internal tools and processes related to CW management.
- Managing ServiceNow queries and providing support to managers regarding IT processes related to CW.
Oczekujemy
- At least 1.5 - 2 years of experience working in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup).
- Strong experience in data analysis and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration across various organizational levels.
- Preferred experience with SAP systems (SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, Fieldglass) and visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Proven ability to produce accurate, professional, and timely reports for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
- A customer-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
