We provide modern and energy-efficient solutions for construction companies, developers, and wholesalers across Poland and Europe. Due to our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:

Acquiring new business clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones

Identifying customer needs and offering tailored product solutions

Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Monitoring market trends and competitors to maximize sales opportunities
What We Expect:

Experience in B2B sales (preferably in the construction, windows, or doors industry)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships

Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales

Availability for business travel within Poland

Valid driver’s license (category B)
