You will be part of building our new Global Service Centre in Poznan, which is to support various functions globally, and you will have a considerable influence on the future of our financial department and the way we administrate our finances. You will be at the heart of the transformation and will play an active role in making the changes successful.

Your tasks
- Coordination and execution of monthly and yearly financial closings
- Participation in financial reporting and consolidation processes
- Cooperation with auditors and finance teams across different locations
- Process optimization and implementation of improvements
- Participation in international financial projects
What we expect
- Very good oral and written English and German language skills
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Several years of experience in financial accounting
- Analytical mindset, proactive skills
- Knowledge of JDE will be an added advantage
