As a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Rawa , you will play a key role in managing recruitment across Poland . In our HR department, no two days are the same. Why? Because your role covers a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring you'll never get bored!

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing recruitment processes throughout Poland. Additionally, you will actively contribute to various projects (including international initiatives) aimed at improving efficiency. You are always on the lookout for ways to optimize workflows to better support your colleagues. Our core HR system, SAP SuccessFactors, holds no secrets for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making and negotiating offers

  • Collaborating with hiring managers, advising on recruitment strategies, and defining candidate profiles

  • Maintaining and managing the candidate database

  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process

  • Participating in projects to enhance recruitment tools and supporting the development of employer branding content (e.g., Career page, LinkedIn)

  • In exceptional cases, working with recruitment agencies and conducting direct searches

Our Requirements:

  • Relevant education in Human Resource Management or a related field

  • At least one year of professional experience in an HR department

  • Very good Polish and English skills, allowing you to work comfortably in an international environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in working with people

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Practical knowledge of labor law and social security regulations

  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks
