Responsibilities:

preparation of computer workstations,

supervising and reviewing workstations,
-
troubleshooting hardware and software failures,

management of input/output devices in order to provide employees with access to IT resources,

creating documentation, user manuals,
-
cooperation with other departments,
Requirements:
-
IT experience or IT related education,
-
English skills (at least good knowledge is a must)
-
good knowledge of computer equipment (PCs, laptops) and office equipment (printers, scanners) in the field of current operation
-
good knowledge of Windows operating systems
-
good knowledge of Microsoft 365
-
knowledge of computer networks
-
very good organization of work, initiative, openness to challenges and professionalism in action
