Wymagania:
Our requirements
- Fluent English (min.C1)
- Master degree, preferred in Finance and Accounting
- Min. 3 years of experience in R2R(record to report) area
- Proven experience in Team Leader Role - min. 1 year
- Good Excel knowledge (preparation of reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Good knowledge of SAP

Your responsibilities
- Ensure all activities as performed as per SLA/ KPI
- Goals setting and monitoring of goals realization, timely feedback on performance
- Recruitment and onboarding of new joiners
- Client management
- Support to the team in day-to-day tasks realization
- Backup structure setting and monitoring
- Maintaining SOPs and time studies according to internal policies
- Continuous improvement of the process
