Employer requirements
- Degree in Compliance, Legal, Finance, or equivalent.
- Experience in compliance or control functions, preferably in Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of European regulations (MiFID, SFDR, CBDF); familiarity with APAC and US regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g., French) are a bonus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Your responsibilities
- Compliance Review: Analyze and review marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in applicable jurisdictions (e.g., MiFID, SFDR, CBDF).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, and marketing teams globally to ensure marketing materials adhere to both business needs and regulatory obligations.
- Operational Oversight: Develop and maintain approval procedures for marketing materials, ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation of controls.
- Training and Guidance: Identify training needs and deliver guidance to marketing and business teams, in collaboration with the Compliance department.
- Project Advisory: Provide compliance expertise on strategic business projects.
- Documentation Management: Ensure efficient and transparent record-keeping processes for all materials reviewed.
- Control Formalization: Establish and document control procedures to maintain high compliance standards.
