Wymagania:
Our requirements
- You have experience to easily work in voice/signaling products and telecommunication services.
- You already have several years of professional experience in the field of network operations.
- You are also characterized by the following knowledge and skills:
- Very good knowledge of IT Operations
- Good knowledge in the areas of carrier voice (networks, services), signaling/roaming and messaging
- Good knowledge of technical troubleshooting and experience with trouble ticket systems
- Experience in IT incident management and corresponding customer orientation
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good command of written and spoken Polish and English
Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- In addition to error analyses, you will also carry out analyses of technical faults and rectify these faults, you will provide 1st and 2nd level technical support in the rectification of incidents
- You will be involved in the design, implementation and further development of infrastructures or applications
- You support standard activities in connection with Operations, e.g. closing security gaps
- You will be involved in the further development of the degree of automation in the area of Operations (e.g. ticket system, processes)
- You work on optimization projects
- You communicate with customers in the business language English, both orally and in writing
- You work at the interface between technology, engineering and commercial interests and thus ensure sustainable customer satisfaction
