Wymagania:
Our requirements
- Quality or administration degree.
- Ability to work on shifts (2pm-10pm every 5-6 weeks).
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Good English language skills – written and spoken.
- Experience in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified companies would be an asset.
- Experience with Document and/or Training Management System would be an asset.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Process and quality improvement oriented.
Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- Verifying and monitoring the formal compliance of operational documentation with the applicable regulations, standards and procedures.
- Maintaining and administration of controlled documents and records within Electronic Document Management System.
- Administration of training settings and data for controlled documents.
- Administration of User settings in the Electronic Document Management System.
- Creating and maintaining System configuration.
- Helpdesk.
