Wymagania:
Our requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must to enable smooth and fluent communication with English-speaking clients
- Proven work experience as a recruiter
- Experience in recruiting for BPO/SSC or Contact Centers is a must
- Excellent knowledge of recruiting for English-speaking candidates in customer service, i.e., for insurance, healthcare, finance companies, and/or the TSL industry
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Your responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company
- Identify training and development needs within the organization
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting and training plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
