Wymagania:
Our requirements
- University degree (a Marketing or Business);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position with local brands – preferred in the FMCG area;
- Knowledge of English and Polish at an advanced level;
- Ability to understand and work with P&L;
- Excellent understanding of brand strategy and full marketing mix;
- Energy, enthusiasm and motivation to move initiatives forward;
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind;
- Driving license cat. B.
Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute marketing activities in B2C bottled Oil category;
- Plan and deliver campaigns across all channels, including digital and Above The Line;
- Strategy and development of CSR program;
- Propose and manage selected external agencies (advertising, design, PR, etc.) to support and execute agreed activities to deliver brand objectives;
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities;
- Conduct consumer research;
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns;
- Budget Management;
- Leadership of New Product Development projects;
- Leading cross-functional teams (both local and international) and co-operation with other departments.
