  • Good SAP ECC (ITP) skills,
  • Very good project management skills,
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English,
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated strategic thinking by aligning team goals with company strategy,
  • Focus on development and employee growth by setting SMART targets and providing regular feedback,
  • Strong process management and change management skills to enhance efficiency by optimizing workflows and managing change effectively.

Obowiązki:

Your responsibilities

  • An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Export Operations Manager.
  • As an Export Operations Manager, you'll lead a team tasked with ensuring cross-border logistics performance across various product categories. Your primary objective will be to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations while optimizing costs.
  • In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and meticulous logistics management.
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of highly skilled, empowered and engaged people with the main responsibility of being a key contact point for 3rd party distributors/customers receiving firm orders, orders changes, PIPO details and providing details of deliveries and leading delivery execution,
  • Collaborate closely with Local and Global Supply Chain Management teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives,
  • Coordinate with cluster Supply Chain Organizations, central functions, and Dispatch locations to streamline cross-border logistics operations,
  • Optimize the logistics process and performance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring key KPIs, initiating corrective actions, reviewing market routes, and monitoring provider performance,
  • Consistently work in identifying and driving improvements and team development opportunities.
  • Support the company standardization initiative,
  • Ensure process governance within defined areas of responsibility.
