Wymagania:
Our requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience – 5+ years in sales (preferably in medical devices) or training/learning roles. Expertise in Sports Medicine is a plus.
- Skills – Strong facilitation and presentation skills, excellent communication, deep understanding of sales processes, ability to manage stakeholders, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (C1)

Your responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, field coaching, and workshops to enhance sales knowledge and performance.
- Certify commercial teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and competitive insights.
- Adapt global training content to local market needs in collaboration with marketing and commercial leadership.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions in partnership with HR and commercial leaders.
- Lead field training programs and mentor sales reps, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage learning events, including classroom, webinar, and field-based training sessions.
- Ensure alignment with Smith+Nephew’s global selling process and competency frameworks.
