As the Senior Organizational Development Lead, you'll co-lead talent development in our organization through strategic planning, collaboration with the ODEE Team and department representatives. You'll implement programs for employee and manager growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and aligning development initiatives with business objectives, playing a crucial role in our success.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent strategies to align with organizational goals,

Design and oversee training to enhance employee skills,

Collaborate with leaders & HRBPs to identify skill gaps and create development plans,

Foster continuous learning and professional growth,

Lead education in talent management and ensure compliance with standards,

Analyze program effectiveness for continuous improvement,
-
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices,
-
Provide coaching and support for career growth,
-
Embed OLX Values into development programs,
-
Design high-impact programs for staff development at all levels,
-
Engage partners and manage vendor relationships to drive talent development success,

Support executive sponsorship for HR initiatives,
-
Collaborate to drive awareness and adoption of programs,
-
Tailor offerings to meet client group needs, leveraging HRBPs,
-
Facilitate workshops and evaluate program impact for strategy enhancement.
Your background:
-
5-8 years of experience in HR /HR partnership roles (with collaboration of a broad representation of internal clients across various departments, levels and locations),
-
Experience in implementation and execution of HR/talent management & development processes like performance management, career development, OTRs,
-
Master’s degree (MA) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management,
-
Proven track record in delivering internal trainings, workshops/webinars,
-
Skilled in designing and implementing training programs,
-
Proficient in program/project management, handling multiple initiatives,
-
Experienced with HR software for talent management,
-
Committed to continuous learning, staying updated on talent development and leadership trends,
-
Strong stakeholder management
-
Data-driven and possesses analytical skills for tackling complex issues,
-
Professional certifications in talent development field as a plus
