Wymagania:
Our requirements
- Relevant internships or entry-level experience in retail, marketing, or category management in the FMCG industry
- Experience in building planograms using dedicated tools (Spaceman, JDA Space Planner, etc.)
- Higher education (preferred fields: economics, statistics, management, business analytics)
- Practical experience in data analysis (Nielsen, Focus etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very strong presenting and story-telling skills
- Strong interpersonal and relation-building skills
- Proactive approach to assigned duties
- Teamwork and effective communication skills
- Customer Focus - understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive category strategies
- Ability to solve problems and work under time pressure
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects
- Analytical thinking and conclusion drawing skills
Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create assortment and shelf recommendations based on shopper research, data analyses and performance metrics.
- Design planograms to optimize product placement and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders (both internal and external) on category performance and strategic initiatives.
- Define visibility & availability standards for respective categories and channels.
- Create and implement an annual plan for category management projects in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
- Support Channel Managers in volume and budget planning for individual channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure alignment on category goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to proactively address gaps.
