Wymagania:
Our requirements
- Degree ideally in business administration or related field.
- A proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- At least 2 years prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships (experience in renewables or a strong interest in sustainability is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in reaching out to new partners.
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in Polish and English (both required).
Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new business partners in Poland to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their performance and satisfaction.
- Support the mapping and engagement of potential partners across key industries.
- Clearly pitch Otovo's value proposition to potential partners in a compelling way.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to maximize the impact of partnerships.
- Ensure smooth technical setup and collaboration with partners.
- Track partner performance and contribute to meeting key targets.
