- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex sales structures (reporting managers) in the pharmaceutical industry, including building and implementing sales strategies, setting goals, setting KPIs, building bonus systems,
- Experience in building and leading teams responsible for medical promotion and pharmacy sales,
- Excellent leadership skills supported by measurable business successes (achievement of goals, development and promotion of the subordinate team),
- Ability to work in a team, share knowledge and experience, enthusiasm and responsibility in approaching entrusted tasks, empathy, focus on finding solutions, task discretion
- Very good negotiation and analytical skills and great communication skills, self-reliance in decision-making
- Experience in running business projects,
- Very good knowledge of English (to the extent allowing for free business communication),
- Higher education.
Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- Implementation of the assumed sales strategy by managing the subordinate medical promotion team,
- Defining and implementing strategic goals and operational plans for the subordinate team,
- Managing the work of the subordinate team (Sales Team) in order to increase sales efficiency and achieve budget goals,
- Monitoring sales results, analyzing KPIs performance and reporting,
- Current analysis of the market situation (analysis of sales data and competition activities),
- Participation in negotiations of key business contracts with wholesalers and pharmacy chains clients,
- Searching for business solutions and building a culture of openness, promoting initiative and business ideas,
- Planning the development of the subordinate team based on individual development plans, team motivation, recruitment,
- Managing the promo budget of the subordinate sales area (responsibility for margin implementation),
- Close cooperation with other teams within the organization (marketing, trade marketing, finance, etc.),
- Participation in projects, including assessment of the potential for introducing new products.
