Wymagania:

Our requirements

• fluency in both English and German (B2+)
• university degree (preferably Finance/ Accounting/ Economy)
• 2+ years of professional experience in accounting (AP/AR/GL/Sub Ledgers)
• knowledge of the legal basis of the insurance contracts
• independence and personal responsibility
• good knowledge of standard Office software (in particular Excel) and proficiency in SAP

Obowiązki:

Your responsibilities

• accounting processing in the general ledger and sub-ledger following GoBD, including support for ongoing operations and assistance with the further development of processes as well as error and incident resolution
• supporting all departments and sales offices for clarification of accounting transactions
• independently executing accounting reconciliation work including the associated open item processing, as well as the balance explanation for verifiability and obtaining the recoverability from the technical account managers
• performing additional tasks assigned in the area of the post
