Wymagania:
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in project/program management role managing software development projects.
- Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Ability to correctly present the urgency of issues and escalating appropriately.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands-on experience in JIRA Platform and Confluence.
Optional
- Experience in Analytics and Reports in JIRA like Easy BI.
- Experience in the digital advertising, Mobile, and/or Smart TV space is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in shipping consumer and/or enterprise solutions.
- Experience simultaneously working on multiple programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Obowiązki:
Your responsibilities
- Work with Samsung’s global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Create program plans, manage schedules, and own end to end program delivery with a focus on high quality and on time delivery.
- Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with a large group of audience.
- Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow up on action items to closure.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Produce program reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
- Conduct scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
- Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.
- Take care about junior employees responsible for the operations.
